A Winter Wonderland

The falling snow was the naturally perfect backdrop as Selah students enjoyed a fun-filled winter wonderland day!

Sprinkled with holiday spirit, students in Selah High School’s Events Management Class partnered with Selah Family, Career, and Community Leaders of America (FCCLA) members to host a Winter Wonderland for students in the District’s special services program in grades 1-12. Students enjoyed a festive winter adventure as they participated in holiday themed crafts, spirited games and enjoyed delicious snacks. Planned by Mya Nelson, a junior at the high school and member of FCCLA, the special winter day was enjoyable for everyone as it provided leadership opportunities for students, demonstrated collaboration among students, and the festivity was enjoyed by all!
