Mike Archer to be Inducted into Legion Hall of Fame!

Selah’s own Mr. Baseball, Mike Archer, has hit another home run!

After leading the Yakima Valley Pepsi Pak for 40 seasons, Archer will be inducted into the Washington State American Legion Baseball Hall of Fame in October.  Archer, who is also the longtime Selah Viking Head Baseball coach, already sits in the Washington High School Coaches Associations Hall of Fame!

In receiving the honor, Archer’s storied legion career has included winning eight American Legion AAA state championships, and qualifying 23 teams for the AAA state tournament.    

Mike Archer will be inducted into the Washington State Legion Baseball Hall of Fame in October.
