  • Elin Gavic Earns Quarterly Selah "Gnomination" Honor!

    It was a big day at Selah Intermediate School on Friday, December 17! Not only was it the Friday before the Winter Break, pajama and Pizza Day, but the most exciting news of all was Elin Gavic was honored with the Quarterly Gnomination Award from the Selah Downtown Association.

  • The Baby-Sitter Club Teaches Childcare Basics!

    With their version of the Baby-Sitters Club, a trio of Selah Middle School students spearheaded an event focused on the basics of child care. Gigi Gamache, Makenna Heinle, and Clare Richards, students in the school’s FCCLA club, organized and hosted a Babysitting Basics Training this fall.

    As he stood high atop the day's biggest stage on the grounds which because of 15 months gone by were even more significant in meaning, faculty chosen speaker, Julian Gonzales, looked out at a sea of blue and gold and quickly cut to the reality of the occasion, "Here we all are at a graduation ceremony like no other."
