  • To submit a ticket for tech help, simply send an email to This email address is listed in your email program, so it should be easy to find.

    When you send the email, a ticket is automatically generated for you. There is no web site to go to, form to fill out, or password to remember. Please be sure to include your

    • room location,
    • phone number,
    • description of your problem or question,
    • and a subject in the subject line of the email.
