Records Request
Parent/guardians, school districts, and other authorized persons can request student special education or 504 records by either:
- Submitting request using this LINK
- Emailing request to spedrecords@selahschools.org. Please include a completed request form available here
- Records may also be requested in person at the Selah District Office.
All requests require verification of identification of the person making the request and authorization of release of records (if applicable).
Files for Graduates
The school district maintains cumulative special education records for students for 6 years past graduation. In March of the 6th year after graduation, Selah School District notifies former students of the upcoming destruction of their records. Any records that are not picked up by June 30th of that year will be destroyed. Below is a listing of graduation years and the school year they are set to be destroyed.
