Community Member Receives WASA Award

Congratulations to Dyann Horton who was honored at last evening’s School Board Meeting with a Washington Association of School Administrators (WASA) Award.

Dyann is the Talent Acquisition Specialist for Tree Top. Tree Top has a robust college internship program. Over the last year-and-half Dyann has worked with industry leaders at Tree Top to make an internship opportunity available to high school students that allows them to see multiple aspects of Tree Top operations; ranging from marketing, manufacturing, quality control and more. This internship includes a scholarship upon completion. Dyann is an innovative leader who has worked hard for Selah Students!

The WASA award is presented annually to community leaders who have made outstanding contributions to public education, which benefits students.
