A Positive Police Presence!

There has been probable cause that second grade students were enjoying positive police presence at the campus with a visit from local law enforcement officials. Personnel from the Selah Police Department, Washington State Patrol, and the Yakima Police Department, including its K-9 member, Asko, were on hand to talk about the law enforcement profession, including the role that math, reading and writing contribute to the field of work. Students also had the opportunity to ask questions, a lot about Asko, and enjoyed an up-close look at the police vehicles and equipment.

Definitely a positive police presence on the John Campbell campus!
