The role of the Public Relations Office is to provide transparent communication both internally and externally which creates awareness of, and support for the Selah School District.
Through various communication processes which include print publication, photography, video production, social media, and engagement opportunities, the objective is to build and maintain relationships with parents, patrons, staff and organizations vital to the District's core purpose of ensuring high levels of learning for every student.
The Public Relations Office promotes a variety of District projects and programs, as well as highlights student, staff and school achievements, and through the stories it tells depicts the positive culture of the Viking Way.
